What you get. Every card, free or paid, is a digital business card page with a save-to-contacts file, a link-preview image and a QR code. A paid card also gets your own address on onetaprequest.app. You write and own the content; you're responsible for it being true (prices, licenses, reviews).
Free. Building a card, sharing it and changing it costs nothing, with no time limit. A free card sits at a longer web address and carries a small line saying it was built here.
Price. $129 a year for your own address, the printable QR kit, the weekly visitor counts for your card, specials on your card, being found on Google, and no "built with" line. The save-to-contacts file and link-preview image come with every card, free included. Yearly is the only paid plan — there is no monthly option and no setup fee. The first hundred businesses pay $99 a year and keep that price for as long as they keep their card. You pay the first year when you upgrade and it renews automatically; Square bills you by email and there is no contract.
Built for you. If we build your card with you on a call, that is $99 one time on top of the above.
Cancel anytime. Text or email us and we stop the renewal. Your card stays as it is until the end of the period you paid for.
If you stop paying. Your card is not taken down and nothing is deleted. It keeps the same address, so the link you gave customers, your QR code and any signs you printed keep working, and it keeps taking requests. You can still edit it. It goes back to the free version: your specials stop showing, the Monday numbers email stops, it stops showing up on Google, and the small "built with" line returns at the bottom. Start paying again and Pro comes back at the same address.
AI assistant (optional add-on). $25 buys 500 customer questions answered by an AI assistant on your Pro card. The first pack is paid with Pro and renews once a year beside it, as its own charge; you can add more packs any time, and they don't change your renewal. Unused questions carry over for as long as your card is Pro. If your card goes back to the free version, the assistant pauses with your questions kept, and its yearly pack stops renewing. Answers are written by AI from what's on your card and can be wrong, so it tells customers to confirm anything important in their request.
Refunds. Not happy? Contact us within 7 days of paying for a refund. That includes an AI assistant pack.
Acceptable use. Your card must be for a business you actually run. Not allowed: pretending to be another company or a bank, government office or delivery service; using another company's name, logo or branding as your own; asking visitors for passwords, PINs, card numbers, account logins, one-time codes or ID numbers; prize, refund, "verify your account" or debt-collection pages; anything illegal, or that we judge misleading. Every card is screened before it goes live and carries a "Report a problem" link, and every card owner's contact details are kept on file.
Takedowns. We may take a card offline at once, without refund, if it breaks the rules above or if we receive a credible complaint about it — and we'll tell you why. Cards taken down for impersonation or fraud are not restored.
Privacy. We keep what you enter to build and host your card, and your email to send your links and bills. Request forms on your card send the customer's message straight to your phone or email; we don't store it. Payments are handled by Square.
